Susan Haralson

Account Director

Susan has more than 15 years of communications, public relations, and media relations experience. She has served as the Director of Public Relations for a publicly-traded healthcare company, a consultant to national non-profit organizations, and has held senior positions at two Washington, D.C.-based firms specializing in public affairs, reputation management, crisis communications, and media relations.

Throughout her career, Susan has developed and led internal, external, and crisis communications programs and has conducted public affairs and media relations campaigns on behalf of a variety of clients, including those in the chemical, pharmaceutical, education, and healthcare industries.

Susan began her career at the Republic National Committee and was a political appointee at the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships.

Susan is a graduate of Loyola University in Baltimore where she earned a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish.
